The Junior Software Developer is responsible for working closely with the CEO and President to develop Reach Ux’s against a AWS / Mongo / Python back end as well as supporting product management issues (i.e. bug handling and gathering user feedbak). This role supports prototype development that will allow ThoughtExchange to test new technologies by building MVPs to attain timely customer and user feedback.

This is a 2 month short term contractor position, paid hourly, with the possibility for extension.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver well-tested, reliable, and maintainable prototype code, mostly in React JavaScript library
  • Manages incoming bugs in a timely manner that includes reproducing, fixing, prioritizing, tracking and getting them fixed.
  • Gather user feedback creating reports and summaries as need be
  • Other software development and product management tasks as required
